How do I place an order?

Find the products you like and click on "ADD TO CART".

Go to the shopping bag by clicking on the BAG icon located in the top right corner of the page, and once there, click "CHECK OUT." Then, fill in your information and click "PLACE ORDER".

Can I track my order?

After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. You also could find your order status in the "Track Your Order" segment.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.

Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email care@kaiweets.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact us, and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 mins by contacting our customer service team. However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.

My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?

If you have created an account with us, you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at care@kaiweets.com.

KAIWEETS ships to the United States, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, etc.

We accept dropship orders and wholesale orders. Welcome to choose us!

How much does shipping cost?

We provide FREE SHIPPING for all orders at Kaiweets.com. (All purchase include tax, and customers don't need to pay for the tax.)

How long does shipping take?

Due to COVID-19, the global delivery time may be one or two weeks longer than before.

Generally, your package will sent out from our warehouse in the United States, Europe or Australia. The delivery time only takes 3-10 business days. If there is no stock in the local warehouse, we need to deliver the goods from the China factory, which will take 2 weeks or more.

Most Products will take 3-10 business days to delivery.
During the holidays, the shipping time will be increased by a week's working day.

The gifts in the discount activity may be shipped separately, and we will send you another tracking number by mail.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 3 business days.

My order has already been shipped, but I need to change my address - how can I do this?

Alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it has shipped out of our warehouse, we will send a shipping update email to you. 
If you haven’t received the shipping number about 3 days after placing the order, please contact us at care@kaiweets.com to change your address and other shipping options. 

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case, we recommend that you contact your carrier first and find out the status of your package. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else. Please contact us at care@kaiweets.com if the carrier's customer service cannot help you, and we will open a case as a missing package. 

Why have I only received part of my order?

Some items could be sent separately, and the second (or more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and, if the package still hasn't arrived, please contact us at care@kaiweets.com.
