A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
Once the items arrived in our warehouse, please allow 5~10 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by KAIWEETS are estimates.
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: 1-2 business days
2. Shipping time: 2-3 business days

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To exchange an item or order, contact us at service@kaiweets.com,and we will provide you with our current return address.
Customers can return the purchased products within 30 days after receiving the product . Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the product is damaged when received or it is a wrong product, the customer does not need to bear the return shipping cost. In this case, please contact us and we will arrange you a replacement for you or fully refund the cost to you.
To ensure that all customers receive a complete, defection-free product, the returned products must be in a resalable status. Products without the original packaging cannot be returned.

Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized and received, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (depends on which contact info you left us) that your order has been successfully charged.
If your payment has been declined, you will need to place your order again. We’re not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following: 1) Your order information (eg. phone number, email address) before submitting your order; if you are shipping to a business address, make sure to put your name on the order. 2) Card details to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date and your billing address. 3) Enter the correct security code - that's the three digit number on the backside of your card. 4) Your card issuer may have declined your payment. As they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them. If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card or with another form of payment.
Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
