Non-Contact: With NCV inductive probe for AC voltage; Just place the tip near a terminal strip, outlet, or supply cord. When the tip glows red and the pen beeps, you know there's voltage present.
Dual Range: Detects standard and low voltage (12-1000V AC / 48-1000V AC). The NCV sensor automatically recognizes the voltage and displays it on the bar graph.
Security Level: IEC-rated CAT III 1000V CAT IV 600V, Meets CE requirements; The electrical tester is safely double insulated. High Voltage Alert to warn you of voltage above 90V, the screen turn red, and the safety symbol on the screen shine.
Compact Design: Bright LED flashlight for work in dim areas; Low-Power-Indicator when battery voltage is below 2.5V; Automatic Power Off after 3 minutes without operation or signal detection; Pocket-sized, pen hook allows you to carry it in your shirt pocket.
Low Sensitivity Mode: 12V TO 48V AC: No Beep, Green Screen.
48V TO 1000 V AC: High-frequency beep, the red tip illuminates continuously, red screen.
High Sensitivity Mode:12V TO 48V AC: Low-frequency beep, The red tip illuminates continuously.
48V TO 1000 V AC: High-frequency beep, the red tip illuminates continuously, red screen.
Null Wire Testing
The buzzer will give a slow alarm when the end of the tester is close to the object being tested. The red indicator light flashes slowly and the LCD shows green. Indicates that the tested line is a Null Wire
Live Wire Testing
The buzzer will give a quick warning when the end of the tester is close to the object being measured. The red indicator light flashes quickly and the LCD shows red. This indicates that the line being tested is a live line.
Move the NCV tip of the tester along the wire, if the voltage alert signs disappear, that is most probably the breakpoint.
You can press and hold the “S” button for more than 2 seconds to turn the LED flashlight on/off, and then quickly use it to find problems in the circuit. The LED flashlight provides convenience in a dark environment.
Saving Power
Automatic Power Off after 3 minutes without operation or signal detection.
Battery replacement
Rotate the battery cover, remove the battery, and insert the positive terminal of the new battery toward the tip of the tester.
A pocket-sized pen with a hook allows you to carry it in your pocket.
