During our Black Friday & Cyber Monday event, customers can purchase discounted digital gift cards in limited quantities. By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Promotion Period

• Promotion valid from November 20, 2025 to December 5, 2025 (PST).
  
• Promotional gift cards are limited in quantity and available while supplies last.
  

2. Gift Card Offer & Purchase Limits

Promotional denominations (all amounts in USD):

• Pay $45 and receive a $50 KAIWEETS gift card.
• Pay $86 and receive a $100 KAIWEETS gift card.
  

1. Each customer may purchase each promotional denomination once, for a maximum of two (2) promotional gift cards per customer under this campaign.
   
2. Promotional gift cards are issued as digital gift cards and can only be used on the KAIWEETS official online store.
   

3. Validity Period

1. All gift cards issued under this promotion are valid until 23:59 (PST) on January 1, 2026.
   
2. After the expiry date, any remaining balance on the gift card will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, or converted to cash.
   

4. General Usage Rules

1. Multiple use:
   The gift card balance can be used across multiple orders, as long as there is remaining balance on the card.
2. Order coverage:
   The gift card balance can be applied to the total order value, including product price, taxes, and shipping fees.
3. Stacking with discount codes:
   Gift cards can be used together with discount codes.
   The actual application sequence and eligibility may depend on the checkout system, and the final display on the checkout page shall prevail.
4. Multiple gift cards per order:
   A single order can be paid with multiple gift cards.

5. Usage Restrictions

1. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
   
2. Gift cards can be applied to orders that include subscription products for the first shipment, but cannot be set as the payment method for future recurring subscription charges:

• The first subscription order may use a gift card to partially or fully cover the payment.
• For subsequent subscription renewals, customers must provide and maintain a valid alternative payment method.

6. Checkout Process

1. At checkout, enter the gift card’s unique code in the “Gift card or discount code” field.
   
2. The code is not case-sensitive. Please ensure it is entered correctly.
   
3. If the gift card balance is greater than or equal to the order total:
   The order will be fully paid by the gift card, and no additional payment method is required.
   
4. If the gift card balance is less than the order total:
   The remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

7. Balance Inquiry

1. Customers can check the remaining balance on the gift card page of the KAIWEETS online store.
2. Balance details can also be accessed via the link included in the gift card email.

8. Other Terms

1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
   
2. Please keep your gift card code secure. Anyone with access to the code can use the remaining balance. KAIWEETS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused codes.
   
3. In the event of suspected fraud, abuse of the promotion, or other irregular activity, KAIWEETS reserves the right to cancel related orders and/or suspend the use of relevant gift cards.
   
4. To the extent permitted by law, KAIWEETS reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotion and may adjust, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time. Changes will not affect gift cards that have already been issued and remain valid within their validity period.
