Can I track my order?

After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. You also could find your order status in the "Track Your Order" segment.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.

Please check all of your email folders again in 3 hours - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email service@kaiweets.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact us, and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 mins by contacting our customer service team. However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.

My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?

If you have created an account with us, you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at service@kaiweets.com.

I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?

Which countries do you ship to?

KAIWEETS ships to the United States, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, etc.

We currently do not ship to the following areas:

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palu, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO BOX, military or protected areas. Thank you for your understanding..

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping for all order on our website. 

How long does shipping take?

Generally, your package will be sent out from our warehouse in the United States, Europe, or Australia. The delivery time only takes 2-5 business days.

If there is no stock in the local warehouse, we need to deliver the goods from the China factory, which usually take 10-15 working days.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 48 hours.

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case, we recommend that you contact your carrier first and find out the status of your package. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else. Please contact us at service@kaiweets.com if the carrier's customer service cannot help you, and we will open a case to find out. 

Why have I only received part of my order?

Some items could be sent separately, and the second (or more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and, if the package still hasn't arrived, please contact us at service@kaiweets.com.
