• If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your refund promptly.

• If your order includes two or more items and only part of the order has been shipped, we can refund the unshipped items. For shipped items, you can request a refund after returning the products to us. (Please note that if the return is not due to a product issue, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer.)

• If you request a partial refund and have used a promotional discount, the discount will no longer apply. We will recalculate the total amount accordingly when processing your refund.
